Artiste Performances
Naga Shaurya is great in his role. He looks fit and handled the role maturely. He does an excellent job in action and emotional scenes. Not only his performance but the story written by him too is amazing.

Mehreen looks cute. She gets a limited screen time but has got importance. She too delivers a good performance.

Jisshu Sengupta is a big plus to the movie. His gory act gets the scary feel to the movie. He performs extremely well in the antagonist role.

Rest of the cast are OK.

Analysis
Naga Shourya transforms into an action hero and he looks dashing in the movie. Not only as a hero but he also transforms into a story writer with Aswathama.

Movie starts on a slow note but picks up with establishing family emotions, Brother-Sister thread well. Once the conflict in bought in, the movie turns racy with investigation.

Only problem in first half is the placement of songs as they disturb the narration. Other than that, First half is very engaging.

Pre-interval sequences are interesting with a terrific chase-action episode making it a superb suspense filled Interval bang.

After a very engaging first half, it turns a bit predictable in second half but has its moments of thrills and suspense.

Introduction scene of Antagonist and the following scenes are intense. A few scenes like this may not work with a section of audience as they are disturbing.

Scenes involving hero investigating about the case to find out who is behind this is very interestingly shown. After the hero - villain face off, Climax looks hasty. Showing a few more investigation scenes could have made the impact even bigger.

Action episodes of the movie are awesome. Camera work is good. Emotional scenes are handled well. BGM by Ghibran is Fabulous. It lifts the movie well during suspense moments and action episodes. Editing is neat.

(MY) Final Word
Aswathama is a Serial Killer Thriller. Director has done a good job in blending decent emotions into this thriller. Plotline of the movie is very interesting. If the narration was taken care then it would have been even more engaging. On a Whole, Aswathama ends up a Watchable thriller.

Bottomline: "Aswathama" - Decent Psycho Thriller

Note: This is my take on the movie. That is why I am not rating the movie. I respect each and every movie. Making people read my review and influencing them to form an impression on a movie before watching the movie is never my intention. I am a Movie lover too. This is just to express my view on the movie. 😊
