Story
Army Major Ajay Krishna (Mahesh Babu) goes on a rescue mission with his team and Ajay (Satyadev). During the mission, Ajay is severely injured and is in critical condition. Ajay Krishna is sent to Kurnool to communicate this news to his Mother Prof. Bharathi (Vijayashanthi garu). He leaves to Kurnool but the situation there is completely unexpected. What happens next? How will Ajay Krishna Handle this situation? This forms Sarileru Neekevvaru's story.
Artiste Performances
Superstar Mahesh Babu is at his best. He is extremely amazing in his role. He does action, emotions and everything at his best. This is one of his career best performances. His Comedy timing is terrific. Even his dance moves in Two songs are impressive.
Even after 13 years of gap, Vijayashanthi garu still carries the same power and intensity. She delivers an awesome performance and this movie is a perfect comeback for her. Her powerful and emotional scenes with Mahesh Babu are major highlights of the movie.
Rashmika Mandhana gets a very different from what we have been seeing till now with Anil Ravipudi's touch. She is cute and gives a good performance.
Prakash Raj is presented in a new way. He gives a serious warning and at the same time he nails it with comedy. He too delivers a great performance.
Rao Ramesh, Rajendra Prasad are superb in their roles. Sangeetha too has given a decent performance. Bandla ganesh, Subbaraju and Vennela Kishore are hilarious and evoke laughs. The rest of the cast are Good.

Analysis
Mahesh Babu has not done a proper commercial movie since Aagadu. Every moviegoer is enjoying his movies but missing that Vintage style and energy levels in Mahesh. Now he is back with all those elements that have been missing with Sarileru Neekevvaru.
The movie Starts with Prof Bharati's introduction and then the narration shifts to Kashmir. The initial portions are funny, but later the Army episodes turn interesting. Rescue operation is one of the highlights.
The much-talked train sequences follow. It feels over the top at times but provides decent entertainment. Till Pre Interval the movie is filled with Anil Ravipudi's mark fun. From Pre interval, the movie turns serious and here comes a power-packed interval bang that is completely fan-pleasing and whistle-worthy.
The second half too offers a good amount of entertainment and many fan moments. Emotional scenes are yet another asset to the movie. Scenes between Mahesh and Vijayashanthi garu have come out excellently.
Confrontation scenes between Prakash Raj, Mahesh Babu and Vijayashanthi garu are another highlights of the movie.
Mahesh has done a splendid job in dance too. His dance moves are great in Daang Daang and Mind Block songs.
The climax is good with Anil Ravipudi mark entertainment and the right dose of patriotism blended in it. But it could have been narrated even better. Some dialogues are very well written and they hit you hard.
Devi Sri Prasad has done great work with both Music and BGM. His BGM is electrifying. It has elevated every scene to the next level, especially during the military episodes, action, and emotional scenes. Production values are Great. Editing is neat. Visuals are yet another plus to the movie. Top-notch camera work from Ratnavelu.

After Puri Jagannadh (Pokiri), Trivikram (Khaleja) and Sreenu Vaitla (Dookudu), It's Anil Ravipudi who perfectly Utilized Superstar Mahesh. He catches the comedy timing and mass angle in Mahesh and portrays it brilliantly on screen. Hats off to Anil Ravipudi for perfectly blending in emotions, patriotism, and commercial elements. Leaving a few scenes here and there this movie is a Feast for movie lovers and full meals for Super fans. On a Whole, Sarileru Neekevvaru is Superstar Mahesh Babu's Never Before Ever After Entertainer.
