Story
Akshay (Ashish Reddy) is a middle class guy with big dreams to become a guitarist. He joins engineering and on first day of his college, he see and falls in love with Kavya (Anupama Parameswaran). Later he comes to know that she is a medical student and there is scuffle running between engineering college and medical college students. After his every attempt to meet Kavya, it somehow leads to an encounter between the Engineering and Medical college students. How will he face this? How will he overcome all this and win Kavya's love? This forms the rest of the story
Artiste Performances
Ashish Reddy makes a fine debut with Rowdy boys. He dances well, emotes well and gives a neat performance throughout the movie.
Anupama Parameswaran does a fantastic job as a medical student. She gets into the nerves of the character and amazes you with her performance.
Sahidev Vikram does a decent job. Komalee is good. Srikanth Iyengar and Karthik Ratnam make their presence felt.
Rest of the cast are OK.

After "Husharu" Sree Harsha Konuganti is back with another movie "Rowdy Boys". Movie starts off by establishing the conflict between engineering college and medical college students. From then movie proceeds with more fights with love track between the lead pair being the center point.
Scenes between Ashish, his friends and his father came out really well and evoke good laughs.
Most of the first half is engaging with humor and college episodes. Movie nicely builds up the relation between the lead pair and conflict between Medical and engineering college students till interval point.
After setting a right stage to second half with an emotional Interval, second half falls flat. Most of the second half is predictable.
Though it has its flaws, second half manages to keep you engaged with few comedy scenes and a couple of good scenes between the lead pair and it gets better towards climax making it a decent watch.
Sree Harsha does a fair job with Rowdy boys. He handles Debutant well and narrates love track and college scenes interestingly.
Madhie provides excellent visuals. Devi Sri Prasad does decent job with Music and Background score. Couple of songs are great on screen. Editing could have been better. Production values are rich
(MY) Final Word
Rowdy Boys is made for youth audience. It has got some good love scenes, college moments and mass elements that attracts the section of audience. It has its moments with flaws. On a whole, Rowdy Boys ends up as an Okayish entertainer
