Story
Story starts with a Narration regarding the Mafia and Mafia set up. A union minister is kidnapped by them as he passes orders, more like a smooth warning to the mafia that they should stop their operations. He cancels the orders as the mafia threatens him. Mafia Kingpin decides to leave to India. After he reaches India he dies in a car accident. Story moves to Mumbai where serial robberies keep happening. They assign an undercover cop Ashok Chakravarthy (Prabhas) to investigate this case. He meets Amrutha Nair (Shraddha Kapoor), A crime branch officer and teams up to solve the case. Who is behind these robberies? Why are they doing this? Is there any connection between these robberies and the Mafia? Who is SAAHO? This forms the rest of the story.

Artiste Performance
Prabhas looks good. His physique, his style, everything matches to the role he plays. After the Grandeur Baahubali series we expect a lot more performance from him. It's not about the role runtime but it's about the character showcasing performance which was missing. But one thing is for sure, He amazes you with his performance in all the action episodes.

Shraddha Kapoor gets a great role as a Crime branch officer. She plays it very well. The sharp looks and the body language she maintains through out the movie was awesome. Some of her scenes with Prabhas are good.

Arun Vijay, Murali Sharma work as a "Taking the story forward" factor which they have potrayed perfectly. Vennela Kishore generates a few laughs here and there. Others too have done a decent work.

Plus Points
All the action sequences
Interval Bang and Climax
Cinematography
Production Values

Drawbacks (Which I Felt)
Weak Story Line
Confusing Narration - Screenplay
Editing - Runtime
No Emotional connect

Analysis
First of all, My Big Big Kudos to the producers of the film. Right from the first shot we understand that they did not compromise in giving the best output and visuals on screen. Every action sequence is a proof for that. Production values, Technical values and Cinematography are extraordinary

Anyone would expect an amazing experience from a Movie coming with this budget and star-studded. First half starts off setting a right tone and Prabhas entrance episode takes the proceedings next level. But from there the graphs goes up and down. There is so much drag here.

There are two songs in first half one is the "Psycho Saiyaan" and the other is "Ye Chota Nuvvunna" . Both were Picturised beautifully.

Film again gets on track during the Pre-Interval episodes. A twist is revealed giving us an awesome Interval bang setting a perfect stage to an action packed second half. Everyone seeing Interval bang feels that "Yes! It's Showtime".

Post Interval starts with Prabhas jumping off a cliff and then comes "Bad Boy" song. This complete sequence is Fans stuff. From here there is nothing much to deliver as the story is almost revealed at interval point.

This story is inspired from Pawan Kalyan's Starrer "Agnyathavaasi" which was also an adaption from a French movie "Largo Winch". Once the Interval point is over and we come to know that the story is on the same lines, everything goes in a predictable way.

The last 40 mins of the movie will blow your mind. It is an eye feast for movie lovers and Full meals for Prabhas fans. The much talked Bike chase and Desert fight comes here. Both the action sequences were performed and carried out Terrifically. Some scenes were very well elevated by the BGM.

(MY) Final Word
Saaho is one of the most awaited movie. After a very big wait the movie hit the screens. One definitely expects a high end action entertainer. Yes! It is an amazing action entertainer but the story and screenplay overshadows it making it a decent action entertainer. I really felt if they had put more time in the script this would have been way better. Sujeeth, the director though it's his second movie he has done a great job. He should have given some more time for Story and screenplay. But on the other side Saaho has got its moments, Lavish Production values and some never before seen action sequences. Saaho is a Package of Stunning Action episodes with ample amount of thrills and a small dose of boring moments and weak Screenplay.

Bottom line: Saaho - Stuns you with the Action

Note: This is my take on the movie. That is why I am not rating the movie. I respect each and every movie. Making people read my review and influencing them to form an impression of a movie before watching the movie is never my intention. I am a Movie lover too. This is just to express my view on the movie. 😊
