Artiste Performances
Arjun Kapoor is amazing in the role of warrior. He gives a very sincere performance. He neither goes over the top nor underplays it. Great one from the actor.

Sanjay Dutt is awesome as Antagonist. Cruelty and Villanish looks are well maintained. He creates an impact.

Kriti Sanon is a Stunner. She mesmerizes you with her performance. Not only emotional scenes but she also does some powerful scenes pretty well.

Rest of the cast are Ok.

Analysis
When an epic war drama is handled, the director has to make sure that the visuals are grandeur, War scenes are terrific and the pace is right. Here the movie is good in all aspects except the pace.

Movie starts on a very engaging note but loses track once the taking over scene ends. Till Pre interval the movie runs on a very slow pace.

Sanjay Dutt's Introducing was good but due to the slow narration it doesn't create much impact.

15 minutes Pre interval is where the movie comes back on track. War is on and Sadashiv will be gathering everyone for the war which is shot well.

Interval bang is strong. Conflict is established very well between protagonist and antagonist.

Second half is racy and gripping compared to first half. Except the placement of a song the feels like a speed breaker to flow everything is good. Nearly 30 mins long war sequence in the climax is outstanding.

Production Values are grandeur. Visuals are top notch. Visual Effects are very good. Music is nice, Background score elevates every scene to another level. Editing could have been better as the movie needs some trimming to make it crisp watch.

(MY) Final Word
Panipat movie focuses on the conflict point. Director has done his best to establish the conflict point well, but he takes his own time to reach to the main point. Leaving a few slow scenes, this movie will offer you want gripping War drama experience. On a whole, Panipat ends up as a Slow but a superbly made War Drama.

Bottomline: Panipat - Slow but an Interesting War drama

Note: This is my take on the movie. That is why I am not rating the movie. I respect each and every movie. Making people read my review and influencing them to form an impression of a movie before watching the movie is never my intention. I am a Movie lover too.
