Story
Knowing that Raghuramiah (Satyaraj) is diagnosed with Lung cancer and he will pass away in 5 weeks, Sai (Sai Dharam Tej), his grandson decides to make Raghuramiah happy before he passes away. One of Raghuramiah's dream is to see his grandson getting married to his friend's Grand daughter. She is a Tik Tok star Angel Aarna (Rashi Khanna). They slowly fall in love with each other. Twist in the tale arises when Sai's Father (Rao Ramesh) takes partnership in a project on an agreement that he will get his son married with his partner's daughter. After listening to the news of marriage all the family members who didn't come after knowing about their father's Lung cancer news come running to the village. What happens next? Is Last wish Raghuramiah fulfilled? What will Sai Do Now? Inka "Prathi Roju Pandaage".

Artiste Performances
Sai Dharam Tej does a great job in the role of Grandson. He has given a sincere performance. Not only during comedy and action scenes but also excels in emotional scenes.
Rashi Khanna looks very beautiful. She too has done a good job.
Satyaraj garu is too good. Whether it be dance steps, comedy, sentimental scene, He completely gets involved in the role and gives a great performance.
Rao Ramesh garu needs a special mention. He will definitely impress you with his hilarious performance. Suhas is good and evokes few laughs.
Rest of the cast are good and do the required.

Analysis
Maruthi is very good at handling a normal subject by packing it with great amount of entertainment and ample commercial elements. He does the same with Prathi Roju Pandaage.
Movie starts on an emotional note with revealing the Lung Cancer and Left life span. For 10 minutes movie feels a bit odd as no one cares about it rather keep thinking about their work tension and other things.
After Sai Tej goes to the village and decides to fulfill all his grandfather's wishes, Till Interval the movie is very entertaining. Director has added good dose of humor and action that you won't get bored in first half.
From Pre Interval sequence, the screen is filled with family. Interval point is interesting and entertaining as well.
Post interval the movies goes down a bit. Few unwanted scenes here and there could have been trimmed. A set of audience may feel a uncomfortable seeing the scenes where Raghuramiah's sons and Daughter try to impress him. But this is shown in an entertaining way.
There is Dinning Table scene involving all the family members. This one is Outstanding. Rao Ramesh nails it with his comedy.
Last 15 minutes of the movie has got the right emotions and stands as one of the big highlights in the movie. It starts with a Video conference call scene with all the family members. This scene is a whistle worthy sequence leaving you in goosebumps. After an emotional scene, Movie ends on a Happy note.
Camera work is great. Production values are good. Editing could have been better. Dialogues are written well and some of them are hard hitting. Thaman needs a special mention. His Songs and Background Music are top notch. Even they shot all the songs beautifully on screen.

From the trailer, it's understood that Prathi Roju Pandaage is all about a Grandson taking care of his grandfather and making him happy on his last days when his own son and daughter are not interested in doing that rather interested in seeing him passp away as soon as possible. Maruthi handles the movie by rightly adding the commercial elements with good amount of entertainment. Leaving a few scenes in second half, you can watch this movie for good fun. On a whole, Prati Roju Pandaage is a Enjoyable Family Entertainer.
